I'm Sara, a dancer, teacher of somatic training methods and the messenger of the sacred connection between the body, mind and life.
For my entire life I've been greatly inspired of the true potential of us. Sharing this with you is why I'm here.
An open connection with your body, its healthy alignment and the numerous health and well-being-promoting effects gained through them belong to everyone. Connecting with ourselves leads to a whole new kind of connection with life around you as well.
I've been working as an instructor since 2019, teaching
somatic training methods for individuals and small groups, as well as organising workshops for events and work community wellness days.
My clientele consists of dancers and exercisers, but also sedentary workers, people struggling with their physical condition or people that are just interested in getting to know their bodies and its functionality.
My teaching concentrates mainly on individual classes and classes for small groups and that is for the quality.
In my classes the instructions are tailored to your individual needs and wishes and you will gain the best possible tools for independent practice.
In a large group, the teacher can't give you enough time to ensure your development and high-quality and safe training. Progress also happens on the terms of the entire group, whether your body is ready for it or not.
My goal as an instructor is that one day I won't see you again. Because the truth is, that you hold the ability to take care of your body yourself and elevate your well-being throughout your life.

As the beginning and root of everything is conscious presence and having a good relationship with your own body, the work begins with conscious body work. Somatic Self-care offers the perfect tools for this and its benefits are vast and comprehensive. A very unique feature of Somatic Self-care is that it teaches you to incorporate the practice into your everyday life.
Somatic Self-care forms a basis to my other methods as well.
Ballet is a huge part of my life. Goal oriented training led me to study functional anatomy from all its different angles, holistic corporality, and different methods of body care. I also became a certified Somatic Pilates instructor.
My heart has always belonged to somatic training as it is the best way of comprehensively working with yourself.
Somatic Ballet is a child of those.
A great inspiration for developing the method was the idea of bringing the beauty of ballet also to people who had never imagined themselves into a ballet class.
Because ballet, when carefully practiced, is one of the best ways to train your entire body.
Instead of fast-pacing progress, Somatic ballet focuses on the quality of the movement - pure technique, conscious body work, finding and maintaining a healthy alignment and increasing the strength and mobility of the body in a safe way. The method increases the skills of balancing, coordination, concentration and motor.


Balancing is an ode to my personal love for all kinds of balance exercises. Balancing as a practice holds something sacred that has touched and inspired me as long as I can remember. It's a skill that requires perfect conscious presence, body control and alignment. It increases the strength of the entire body and our ability to feel and correct our posture. If you're well aligned and fully present, balancing is easy. If it's difficult, what is holding you back? What could you adjust? Balancing guides us to listen to our body and work with it. It's a meditative, comprehensive mental and physical practice.
From my methods Balancing is the one that suits the best for larger groups.
Many people have a little or no time for themselves. Still, even the tiniest moments dedicated to yourself are a huge source of energy and well-being. Therefore Lightwork cooperates with companies by bringing classes directly to work places. Happy people shine positive energy all around them uplifting others and creating a cheerful surrounding.
Seeing a lot of coping, endless tiredness and stress among my former colleagues was actually the thing that inspired me to start teaching. The keys of well-being can be found from within. Meditative and mindfulness exercises are easy to incorporate into everyday life when they help concentrating and rising to your full potential.
